1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

“Wedding Stories Photography”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the photography and film business located at 1st Floor, Maria Arcade, Opposite Mathrubhumi Press, Manjummel, Kochi, Kerala – 683501. “You” refers to a visitor or user of this website (weddingstorie.com).

2. Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Website content and communications are invitations to enquire only. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking, reserve a date or require either party to proceed.

• Availability, scope, travel, deliverables, timelines and pricing are confirmed individually.
• A booking becomes binding only when the requirements stated in our written proposal or client agreement have been completed, which may include signature and payment of a booking amount.
• Any quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation and may be revised if the scope or circumstances change.
• Cancellation, postponement, payment, usage rights, delivery and force-majeure terms for photography or film services will be set out in the applicable client agreement.

If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement for services, the client agreement controls in relation to that booking.

3. Website content and intellectual property

The website and its photographs, films, graphics, logos, text, layout and other creative material are owned by or licensed to Wedding Stories Photography and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and share a normal link to a public page for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, download, reproduce, publish, alter, crop, remove credits from or commercially exploit our photographs, films or other content.
• Use website material to advertise another business, train a model or dataset, create derivative commercial work, or imply our endorsement.
• Use our business name, logo or branding in a way likely to cause confusion.

Images featuring clients or events remain subject to the rights and permissions applicable to those images and may not be reused merely because they are publicly displayed here.

4. Permitted use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or related systems.
• Introduce malware, automated scraping tools or other harmful technology.
• Submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive or infringing material through an enquiry or communication channel.

These website terms do not replace the warranties, responsibilities or remedies contained in a signed client agreement for photography or film services.

6. Changes, severability and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business or applicable requirements. The updated date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised website terms apply from that point onward.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of that provision.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts with jurisdiction in Kochi, Kerala will have jurisdiction over disputes concerning use of this website.
